Before your conference, send us:

1) a check for the total amount of the books plus shipping and handling,
or give us your credit card information,

2) a pamphlet or website address with the conference or event information,

3) a signed Conference Ordering Terms and Conditions request from books@hale-publishing.com

After we receive the above items, we will ship your order to you via UPS.
Please allow ten (10) business days for delivery.

After the conference:

If you have unsold books that are in perfect condition, you may ship them back to us.  You will be charged for any books we receive that are damaged. If you return more books than allotted by your discount, you will lose the discounted price and be charged the corrected price.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

1-9 books -$8.00 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book
10-20 books - $1.50 per book
21+ books - $1.00 per book
